Welcome to okcitas.net ("okcitas," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and okcitas governing your access to and use of the okcitas website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

okcitas provides an online platform designed for adults (18 years or older, or of legal age in their jurisdiction) to facilitate social connections, networking, and potential romantic or casual relationships. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• User profile creation and management.
• Search, discovery, and matching tools to connect with other users.
• Communication features such as messaging and chat.
• Content sharing and community features.
• Premium features accessible via subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without prior notice or liability.

You are solely responsible for your interactions on the Platform and the content you post, transmit, or share ("User Content"). You agree to use the Services lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor User Content and investigate any reported violations. We may remove any User Content and suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms at our sole discretion.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by okcitas, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Rights: The "okcitas" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of okcitas or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Your Rights (User Content): You retain ownership of the User Content you submit. However, by posting User Content, you grant okcitas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services and our business.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you post and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. OKCITAS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that:

• The Services will meet your requirements or expectations.
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or connections obtained through the Services will meet your expectations.
• Any errors in the software will be corrected.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from okcitas or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OKCITAS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Statements or conduct of any user or third party on the Services.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO OKCITAS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools within the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by confidential, binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration institution. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND OKCITAS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, typically by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to registered users.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
